To help the Zapper devs assist you with a support ticket, we ask that relevant information is provided. One key piece of information is a transaction hash.
What is a transaction hash?
A transaction hash is a string of characters that each transaction on a blockchain is given. This hash is verified and each transaction hash is unique.
Where can I find my transaction hashes?
The two most common places to find transaction hashes is a block explorer and your wallet.
Here is a list of block explorers for the support networks on Zapper:
To find the specific transaction hash on a block explorer, search for your wallet address in the search bar then, look through the transaction history of that wallet. Click on the corresponding transaction to open the transaction details.
If you are trying to locate the transaction hash on your wallet, please look at the transaction history. Click on the corresponding transaction, and transaction hash will be located at the top of the wallet pop-up.
