If you are unable to see some balances from specific protocols on your homepage, there are a couple things that could be happening:
- Zapper does not support the protocol yet
- There is an error in the caching cycle
Please check the Zapper protocol list to see if your protocol is supported.
If Zapper does not support the token, please head to the protocol request page and submit a new request. The team will add support for it in due time.
If Zapper does support the protocol but it is not showing properly on the homepage, then please try using the Hard Refresh button to manually flush your balances and start the caching cycle again. The Refresh button can be found on the main homepage.
If supported protocol balances are still not displaying properly, please open a support ticket and we can assist you.
