Why can't I see my token balances on Zapper?

Zapper supports an ever growing list of over 4.5M different tokens. But in the rare case where you are unable to see some token balances on your homepage, there are a couple things that could be happening:

1. Zapper does not support the token
2. There is an error in the caching cycle

If Zapper does not support the token, please head to our Ticket Tool and submit a new request. The team will add support for it.

If Zapper does support the token but it is not showing properly on the homepage, then please try using the Hard Refresh button to manually flush your balances and start the caching cycle again. The Refresh button can be found on the main homepage.
