Does Zapper have control of my assets?

No. Like many other Web3 applications, Zapper does not have custody or control of your assets. Our Homepage draws from on-chain data after you connect your wallet to visualize a snapshot of your DeFi and NFT portfolio. All of the functionalities mentioned above do not have custody of your assets. Your cryptocurrencies exists with the application that holds your private key, such as Zapper Wallet, MetaMask or Ledger wallet.
